Construction Volunteers have a unique opportunity to dig in, get dirty, and lift up others. Working in partnership with Dallas Habitat families and supporters, volunteers come together to build homes, train and lead teams to make affordable housing a reality for Dallas area residents.

Opportunities

Construction Volunteer
Work alongside our partner families to build and rehabilitate homes.
Open to: Anyone 16 years or older. No construction experience is necessary.
Commitment: Specific days or weekends, as spots become available.

Construction Core Volunteer and Habitat U
Help us build, lead teams of volunteers, and instruct Dallas Habitat University volunteers.
Open to: Anyone 16 years or older. No construction experience is necessary.
Commitment: Once a month volunteer commitment.
Other Requirements:
- Complete Habitat University, our construction training program Habitat University
- Mandatory Orientation
- Attend a Home Dedication
- 40 Hours of hands-on build site training
- Learn valuable skills in home construction with Dallas Habitat while improving communities and making a difference in the lives of others.

Company Team Build Volunteer
